Jitni Scooting provides an on-demand e-scooter sharing service via our mobile app. Access, locate, unlock, ride, and pay for e-scooters in supported cities.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks displayed are the property of Jitni Scooting or its licensors. You may not use them without express permission.

3. User Representations

• You are at least 15 years old or have guardian consent.
• Your registration info is accurate and current.
• You will comply with all local riding laws and safety regulations.

4. Registration

You must register an account to use our Services. Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

5. Purchase and Payment

All rides are charged in MKD via Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal. Prices and taxes as displayed in-app apply.

6. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. No refunds.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Leaving scooters in unauthorized areas.
• Vandalism or tampering with scooters.
